I find it much easier to maintain free ebook this way as the publisher model based services make it difficult to distribute and update the free ebooks.

A quick note on VIX why it has moved towards 12.

Anyone who has read my article on the real underlying behaviour driving VIX level should know that as S&P500 moves towards 1900, VIX is bounded to move towards 12. That’s the way it is. The fact that VIX drifts into 12-13 area is not a signal by itself that the market is topping.

It takes more than that for a market top setup.

I have my first read of the statistics collected on the new real-time bias reporting tool now.

It is performing stable which is what I expected but you never know.

i.e. 1st release of the real-time price levels tool was "eventful"

We are going to make adjustments to the backend server software this weekend. The approx. time that the site will be disrupted will be sometime late evening on Saturday. It is going to be minor.

If all goes well, no one will even notice.

By end of May, the membership special will end.

Introducing The New Membership Program

In place of the current membership program, a new one will be put in place.

Current premium members and those who sign up before June, as I promised, will keep their membership rate locked in until cancellation. The products and services provided will be renamed as Professional at the monthly rate of CAD$50 per month.

A new middle tier membership will be introduced due to popular demand. I received many requests from traders stating that they prefer to pay at a lower rate for the daily reports and signals only. This new middle tier membership will give them what they want. The monthly rate will be CAD$25 per month.

Lifetime Pass Arrangements

The rate for the current Lifetime Pass will stay the same at CAD$950 by June for the Professional members. There will be no Lifetime Pass for the middle tier membership.

The Bitcoin special for the Lifetime Pass is 1 BTC until end of May as announced before. After that, the rate will go up to reflect the the current valuation of BTC.

I am considering a limit on the number of Lifetime Pass going forward. Once I have a decision I will make an announcement about it.

Changes To Real-Time Chat Room Access

Free access to the real-time chat room will come to an end by end of May.

After that, only Professional members will have access to the chat room as it is part of the real-time services.

Quite a number of members emailed their ideas about improvements to the current chat room. That can only be done if I have the necessary ongoing support to make them happen.

Basic members can still exchange ideas through the forum by posting their questions and ideas there.

Blessing In Disguise

Although the launch is delayed by a month due to attacks by bots bringing the site down multiple times, in retrospect it is a blessing in disguise. If we did not encounter the attacks, I would never learn how to protect our website and premium services going forward. Should such events happen in the future, our site is now protected and not defenseless.

Just thinking about the potential consequence if the site has grown a lot more before our first encounter against this type of attacks, I feel much better already knowing that we are in good hands right now.
