Conditional Formatting formula for Square of Nine

Hello,

I’ve downloaded the Square of Nine XLS file and I’d like to modify the conditional formatting. Instead of Ring color formatting, I want to draw lines at various degrees from starting value. I want to draw lines on 45, 90 and 180 degrees and color fill those rows and columns. In addition, i’d like to color-fill values that add up to 9. Can you help with the conditional formatting formula please? I’m attaching an image for visual.
