How to deal with contradicting system signals?

    LC,

    Any advice on how to approach discretionary system signals from 2 different unique systems that are contradicting each other? E.g. One system signals a long then few minutes later the other system signals a short. System one has not hit target but is currently in the money.

    It is not about which one is making money at the time.

    It is about the expected and dominant behaviour of your main timeframe.

    e.g. trend signal more likely to win out on a newly emerged trend while counter-trend play will likely win out when the higher timeframe support it.

    So know the nature of your setups first.
