Inside week. Held right above Y-1 and blasted off higher. Thought it may break above Y+1, the original upside target, yet failed to do so, giving us signal for a drop back down to the gap below. Closed the week below midpoint, Y-0, but failed to close the gap below.

Outlook
Inside week right before Election. They are forcing people to place their bets and will then breakout violently.

Watch out for double whiplash – a signature move in NQ back in 2000. i.e. FBO to the downside and then surge to new high or the complete opposite.
