Pattern Of Sickness

By Lawrence

Here we go again.

First day of my year end break and I am sick.

Last time I got sick was way back when –

definitely another holiday break.

Sounds like a pattern, isn’t it?

Was told that I do not have enough sleep or exercise of late.

Or maybe that sudden change of weather.

Could be that I visited hospitals as frequently as others hitting nightclubs.

None work as good as a predictor than a long holiday break for me.

Must be the holiday spirits cursing me.

p.s. have to take things slow for a few days until getting better.

Just got back from holiday. Get well soon mate!

Ya know, I am Canadian and lived in Vancouver for the about the first 1/2 of my life. Every Christmas I would get sick. I even started to think that it was Santa giving me the gift of sickness (just kidding….sorta). I moved from Canada to New Zealand in 1998 and somehow I just rarely got sick anymore. Weird eh. Maybe you should move down here – see ya soon! 😉

    All my best,
    MK

Recovering. Not that bad consider I have not been sick for a long time.

Many of my childhood friends are in Australia and New Zealand. It is a story for another day. =)

My best wishes for your speedy recovery, Mr Chan. This June I spent some quality time in a hospital (my first trip ever – in 8 decades of existence – either as a visitor or a patient!). Hopefully my last also.

Just like price action, why worry about why. Good nutrition, regular exercise, quality sleep – best prescription to get over this minor bump in the road. Good time of year to relax any way. Get better soon and leave pattern recognition and statistical analysis to market matters. 🙂
