      I am actually helping out several people with their anxiety issues by teaching them various techniques from meditation to exercise. But for some people, it is a change of diet that helps them most. I see first hand how a better diet and boost in micronutrients can help a person drastically.

    What exactly are these micronutrients though? She says in the video it isn’t something you can just buy from your local health supplement store.
