Both Tick16 ST and 3-Day Advance Issues are pushed down to slightly negative levels.
If they continue to slide a bit more both will enter oversold territory.
Since Tick16 LT is in solid positive (bullish) zone, this will soon produce a tradable bottom.

Looks like the tradable bottom is in place.
Forgot to post here as I mentioned that in real-time chat in the afternoon before mkt close yesterday. =P
Subtle weaknesses happened to the TICK16 LT breadth reading.
The tradable bottom was just good up swing.
The same old problem in Europe is affecting the equity markets in a way very similar to 2010 and 2011 all over again.
