Changes to real-time commentary postings

By Lawrence

From now on you have to login to the site in order to see the real-time update of the current day market commentaries.

The design of the real-time update of comments when applied onto all postings put a huge stress onto the web server. By reducing that to the latest post that is time sensitive, it will enable our web server to function better.

All non time sensitive postings will now have the normal passive comment updates.

Hmmm, I’m not seeing the latest market day comments update automatically – still having to refresh. Not sure what I’m missing.

Only the current day real-time commentary post updates automatically.
    It is probably your browser.

I’ll try a different browser. Was working fine before the change. Will let you all know.

OK, Opera doesn’t work with the new system (only old auto-update system). Chrome is fine. Thanks LC!

Glad that it is resolved. Will put that info into the explanation page.
