A Closure of Beginner Materials on Trading

By Lawrence

After a review of the articles I have written, I found that they spread across many topics serving a wide spectrum of audience. It is a nice experience to write whatever comes to my mind when I was organizing my years of trading notes and research records. It is not very productive, however, if I like to take the website to the next level.

At this point, I think I have built an extensive library materials for the beginners already. I am going to take a break on these topics for now. Before doing so, I am going to end it with a bang with this three part series on trading skill development.

A meta overview of what it takes to become a good trader and day trader is never offered on the internet, trading courses or training materials. The subject is avoided because it is bad for business. Why would you spend a lot of money on a training course that tells you squarely you will never be able to day trade proficiently?

Since I do not have this concern myself so I guess I am in the rare position to tell people honestly and scientifically what is necessary to transform someone into a great trader. Similar to older materials I have written on this touchy subject, I do not expect welcoming responses.

It is not my point to make people feel empowered. Instead, it is a framework that can be extended should anyone choose to learn to trade. Just like the study of poker games, it is important to have good educational materials written on the subject so that those who have the necessary talent will get a chance to be all they can be.

I have already published the first part of the series, The Misunderstanding Of Trading Skill Development.

Once all three parts of the series are published, I will focus my effort to publish the more advanced materials on trading signals and real-time statistical biases useful for day trading the eminis and forex.

On the side, I will reorganize the Newbie section so that aspiring traders can study the materials I have already written in a more organized matter.
