Gold held up fine and moved higher, that gave Aussie strong support to consolidate around Y+1. Closed the week above Y+1 and midpoint.
Outlook
As long as gold can continue to drift up, Aussie will be in good shape to challenge B+2.
A rare case scenario is that Aussie reverses sharply lower without breaking B+1, breach of B-1 will produce a quick flush down to B-3 / Y-1 area.
