Dow 30 Aug 26 to Aug 30 Outlook

As predicted, Dow cannot hold Y-1 and flushed lower. Almost down to Y-2 when 50% absolute range capped the move and started a violent struggle to form a bottom. Closed the week below Y-1 and above midpoint.

Outlook
Y-1 / B+1 resistance will be difficult to break even those bulls may have some wishful thinking that the zone will not hold this down. The moment NQ and ES lose their momentum by as early as Monday / Tuesday, Dow will move a lot lower.

To play the long side, be patient and wait for a daily level swing bottom formation first. This could take at least 2 weeks to form a good bottom.
